Have i put the right cap on the right plug ??? is it the same as all of your b4's  (http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r51/matt_400bandit/plugleads.jpg)

kool ive got the manual i just could see that part in it?? so i asked u guys here its just my bike wont start so its going back to the place i bought it from and the work will be done under warrenty and i wanted to say i havent fiddled with it so i needed to check they were all right !!!

yer pretty much put all the spark plugs in the oven for30 mins took carbs apart and gave them a general check over and flushed everything throught with new petrol and then it fired up but only on two clylenders the two with the red and blue wires colourd on my pic (at the top )

If you look at the spade connectors on your left coil you'll see someone has replaced the connectors (with crimp on spades). The connectors on the right coil are still stock. It's pretty common with the stock connector to have the wire break. Try jiggling the wires on coil 2 and see if it sparks on 4. I'd replace that spade connector with a crimp on like what happened with the other coil. Hope that helps.

nah ive tryed that and the wires on the coils are the same ie one crimped and one standard just the othe way up to the other side im really stumped by the problem one minute it worked fine then it was only fireing on two clylenders then nothing, then i got  it to run on two clyleners again and now it wont work it just cranks!!

Left coil goes to 1 and 4, right to 2 and 3.  

Are you getting spark on the dead cyls?  You very likely could have screwed up the connection on the crappy OEM leads/caps when you pulled them.
