Title: Price for a Bandit 250 in the UK

I know there a quite rare beasts, but how much should I pay for one from a dealer? It's a G reg (so 1989-1990), looks in fairly good nick and they're asking £1100 for it. Seems a bit steep, how much would a reasonable offer be?

Realistic : £800 tops, but if its from a dealer then they always charge way too much.
I suppose it depends how much you want it ? If you decide to sell it privately after a year or so you wont get £1100. But thats not whyt we buy bikes is it  :grin:. I think its a bit steep, try waving £900 under his nose in cash, see what he says then.
Make sure he puts 12 months MOT on it too.

Hi VP,
Is there a reasone your after the 250 as you can get the 4 for far less and spears are more common considering the B4 was imported to the UK.
