Title: Problems with my indicator lights.
Post by: danielburgess on January 24, 2007, 09:51:23 PM
Hi,

Recently I got a pannier rack for my bandit, and after installing the rack I realised that the panniers will not go on as the "ice cream scoop" signal lights that came with the bike is going to be an interference so I got some nice small ones, now here is the funny part, the right signal light I changed is working fine, but the left one keeps burning the bulb out!

Is there something to prevent it? Add a resistor or something? Sorry, I studied mechanical engineering, and I am such a doofus when it comes to electrical stuff!

Cheers!

Double check your connections... sounds like you may have a short.
