1. MIG weld a small L close to neck/ head of frame bracker
2. MIG weld tube stock, be sure to align with center of frame and fit to Scotts dampner bracket, I had to cut the bottom of the tube stack at an angle for proper fit.
3. Use dead hammer to dent front of tank
