Title: slip on installed and a couple questions
Post by: rolandoc on March 24, 2007, 03:00:45 AM
just installed a slip on to my 93 bandit 400. it starts, idles, and runs pretty smooth but feels like it auctually lost some power over stock. would the backpressure change from taking out the restricted stock exhaust do this or do i need to rejet? i don't have any backfiring at all and i can run choke all the way off and it will idle. any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to rejet a bit. Try riding it with the choke on half way and see if it gives you more power.
