Title: So i got the body work back but theres dramas

bodyworks lookin good in metalic blue.but
the shop pulled the carbs down and they loooked good so they put them back together and it ran like shit, turns out the bottom of the right 2 carbs where there are only 2 screws (they should have used 4 from the factory to bolt the float bowls on) were warped so air was getting in, so they fixed that but it still runs like shit, so now its onto the electrical system. phuck i hope this is not going to cost a shitload.
oh yeah pilot powers are on and the profile looks really good (150/60) and (110/70).
i really hope to have it back by this weekend

well it seems to run ok when its cold, after its warms for about 1 minute then it starts to run really erratic. workshop seem to think that it may be related to the pickup (lh side of motor) which may have been damaged in the crash. they have an aftermarket 1 which they think may fit.

ok, they modified the aftermarket pick up adjusted the air mixtures and synched the carbs. she seems to be running ok.
 hey pitter when you had the d&d on what adjustments did you have done to the carbs and was it running sweet?

oh yeah the can doesnt bolt right up, have to have a bracket made up.
