How often or easily can you get those?
I got my SV650 swingarm yesterday and Im gonna start taking measurements tommorow to see if it will be a direct swap.If it isnt,I didnt pay much for it,no loss.......but Id love to get one of those in the near future,as an alternative/improvement.

once in a great while as they come from a sp , pritty rare but funny how the tecnology was there in the late 80's to have a swinger that looks like newer gsxr stuff

Its not looking too good for the SV swinger. The width between the arms is different and the pickup points for the dogbones is on the bottom instead of the top.It might work if I use the SV bones and rocker, but Id still have to make an axle spacer and aqquire the aforementioned parts.

If that GSXR400 swinger is truely a bolt on,it seems like a simpler, better plan. Not to mention its beautiful! If you dont have any takers yet, consider it sold.Just lemme know what you need.

Oh yea,Ill be doing that.

Ive got my work cut out for me in the next few weeks.I got my GSXR USD frontend last week, new Dunlop qualifier tires yesterday, and my Hyabusa 6 piston calipers today.
By the time I get the swingarm,I should have the last few frontend parts gathered up and Ill do everything in one weekend.......man I love spending hard earned insurance money! :bandit:

This is the mod that has to made to the gsxr 400sp swing-arm to make it work on your b4 as the brake arm is different between the two since i sold 2 of them i managed to eat the cost of making it right for the fellas that bought them i can post more pics or measurement specs if anyone wants them this is one one going to California which both you guys have been very patient with me and much appreciated mates.

Do you have any more swing arms to sell?  If so I'd be very interested in one.

Also in the picture I can't see what is different about it, what did you have to change?

you want one like that with the bracing or there are a few standard gsxr 400 ones with out the bracing still aluminum.

I had to do the same to my RGV swinger. But what I should have done was put in a RGV wheel at the same time, I love the 160 tire... and you can get Pilot Power 2CT in 160 :bigok:

So far the bearings need to be changed to this. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Suzuki-GSXR-750-GSXR750-1988-1992-All-Wheel-Bearings_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ34284QQihZ007QQitemZ170118861289QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V)

Cause i guess the axle to the b4 axle is smaller no big deal and maybe the brake arm is off but i have a fix for that to the axle to the sp swinger is 20mm. As soon as one or both of you get started on the swap I will cover what i can for my mistake and get them on.
cheers
