Hey guys, I'm going to post this in the for sale section as well, but I wanted to put it here to since it's B4 specific. I never got around to selling the Bandit since I bought my SV650S. I'll be moving out of state in two months and need to sell the Bandit. I'm hoping someone will be interested in buying it for $2400. If you do, I'll throw in everything bandit related that I've got. That includes two spare sets of carbs, an extra yosh cyclone exhaust, a UK stainless steel stock exhaust, an extra battery, two voltage regulators (assuming I can find them), the GSXR 400 cams and valve cover gasket.
Current state of the bike:
The bike has just over 12K miles. I put a set of carbs that I got from a guy that had all new jets in it. I fired the bike up but it will definitely need tuning and synching. It will most likely need a valve adjustment, but if you are going to put in the gixxer cams, you'll be doing it anyway. I think it will probably need a new chain too soon. Paint has a few imperfections but still looks good.
Modifications:
Custom sargent seats, yoshimura zyclone full exhaust (sterling silver jet-hot coated) with carbon fiber can, Factory jet kitted carbs with polished intakes, K&N air filter, 190 degree thermostat, Racetech Gold Valve cartridge emulators, SV650 headlight (still have the stocker too), Buell fly screen, factory tail cover, 03 GSXR switch housings, LP mini stalk blinkers, coerce racing rear sets.
I've had this bike for 11 years and it's finally time to part ways. California registered through April 07. If it doesn't sell at this price, I'm going to sell all the spare parts separately, get the bike running and sell it for more. This "plan B" will start in a week or so, so let me know if any of you are interested.

I still love that bike! good luck mate
-
bump for the nicest b4 I've seen... (shhhh, don't tell my bike)...
-
Good luck on the sale.
But...if you go the parting out route, I'd be interested in the stainless stock UK exhaust!

That's an extremely nice bike!
Good luck with the sale.

Really nice looking bike!
Good luck on the sale. If you do decide to part then I'm interested in the Sargeant Seat and gsxr 400 cams and gasket.
-
Hey, I called that seat many moons ago

Yep, so did I...just earlier in the thread. It is a nice looking seat and might add some comfort on those loooong days. It's such a nice bike, it will probably sell without any parting. Oh, well....
-
Parting the bike isn't an option. What's on the bike, stays on the bike. It's all the spares that would go on eBay. I'd leave the bike at my parents' place in CA before I'd consider parting it out.

I know, I was just playing, I'll probably end up some day sending my pan to Sargent to get the same treatment.
Hopefully the Killer B bike will sell, it deserves it, one of the nicest B4s out there!!!

John - if you were closer, I'd try to talk the wife into it. Good luck to you, dude. Where you headed?

Ya your crying like aliitle gurl right now rob arent you looking at the B's bike , yours was just as nice . Had alot of your personality in it.
-
Yeah, yeah, yeah... I've always inteded to get another street bike. I just really wanted to focus on the track. I'd really like to get a bike more capable as a 2-up touring machine but if I could get a cool B4 like this, it'd be hard to pass up.

I'm hoping it will go to a good home. We'll see. I'll be moving to Indianapolis...man I'll miss the So Cal roads and weather. :duh:

There you go RB start talking to the wife as Indy is alot closer than cali then you could pick it up! :stickpoke:
-
Jay... I think the whole point is that he doesn't want to take it to Indy! :monkeymoon:

I sold the Killer Bee a week ago Sunday. I was sad to see it go, but now I'm in Indiana and adjusting to midwestern life. I've still got the set of GSXR cams for $200 if anyone's interested.
