Does any body know if a 92 gsxr swingarm will fit the bandit? I can get one for cheap and wanted to get some feed back before I spend the money. I is a cool looking swingarm. It almost looks like the RGV arm but with out the curve.

thats what is going on mine! my street fighter project.

So I picked up the 92 gsxr 600 swingarm and its about 1/4 inch too wide at the pivot point where it meets the frame. This thing is cool looking. Any sugestions? If I can't make it work there is a guy near me who is salivating over it. I might be able to make a profit.

thats what the deal was with my 02 750 swinger on my gsxr400 it was 5mm each side i cut them my self had some machine shop straighten my cuts pressed the bearings further back and off i went. :beers:

on the other hand the rgv swingers take a 5mm spacer. each side
thae only one i know that fits right in is the gsxr400 gk73. without modifications. one year has no bracing the other year does. readily available on ebay uk. cheers

that and a big ass spacer that goes inside the swinger to use the stock swingarm bolt from the gixxer400.

Hi you lot,
I've the GSXR400 swingarm from middle model c'nt remember pre fix but looks like an early fireblade swinger , this goes straight in looks mint and makes the bike handle loads better (get the SP one fit every thing you get adjustable suspension and the spring is just right).
