Timing Mark On the 400

Ok, maybe im a blind idiot......but i cannot find any sort of a timing mark on the 400!!! HELP. Also I may have a good iginition box replacement shortly...it is in the works using a dyna box if anyones interested.

Hi,
Not sure what you mean by a timing mark, the B4 only has a 'T' Top dead centre mark on the pickup trigger that lines up with the little arrow at the front of the LH  case (near the main case joins). You have to remove the LH cover to see it.
Other than that its factory set.
Are you fitting an after market cdi? if so you would set it up as stated in the manual for the new CDI, usually set the static timing and the advance is programmed into the new box.
