Ok I am offically fed up!!!!!

Don't get me wrong I love the Little Beast

, But where the hell can I get another Fuel Tank, In fact I'll even pay to get one shipped from overseas!!!!!!
Please, I Beg you, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

those wont, but your local breakers might have bandit 400 tanks, and they'll fit ok

Just keep in mind the 250 & 400 have an early and late version for bodywork. I know the '95 B4 is the new style and '93 B250's are old style. Not sure what '94's are or if the 400 and 250 changed the same year or not. For instance the 600 Bandit has always preceeded the 1200 by a year in body sytle changes.

cheers guys for the replies, Ive had alook around and there doesn't seem to be to many good 400 tanks either however the ones I have found appear to fit. I let you all know how I go!

Go to your local dealer if you are really desperate and just order the tank and hang the cost. Suzuki OZ seem to have any part I need for my GSF250V. Normally have to wait 6 weeks otherwise its all good

Cheers Raptorsc, Ive actually got one coming from a 400 in the states the postage is $40USD and the tank cost me $5USD its from a guy in the 400 topic so im well chuffed

Do you guys from Aus find it easy to find parts to service your bike?

like filters, plugs, chain sprockets, brake pads etc

I really wanna get a bandit (1991 250), but the availability of parts is detering me abit. I live in NSW and would really apreciate any advice...thanks

Ausian,

refer to the PM I sent. Long story short - unless it's an offical Suzuki Australia model, they have no requirement to have or source parts for you.

I've spoken to a number of country dealers (not just Suzuki) over the years and they all say the same thing "if you buy a grey import, don't even think about bringing it here for anything other than a basic service".

If you live in Melb, Syd or Bris you should be right, because that's where the importers generally live.

I have never had a problem getting routine maintenance parts from my local suzuki dealer but they did say if I wanted carb parts they probably would not be able to help.
