Post by: chukidrifter91 on January 16, 2012, 07:27:31 AM
hey guys, Im having issues finding accurate information as to what size uni pod filters fit on a bandit 400

http://www.google.com/search?aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=uni+pod+filter#q=uni+pod+filter&hl=en&prmd=imvns&source=univ&tbm=shop&tbo=u&sa=X&ei=fAgUT-7LCum80AHBt5SKAw&ved=0CD0QrQQ&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&fp=c68d0edf44d6d0d2&biw=1229&bih=609

heres the general search, Im having a lot of issues finding good spec sheets to compare to the K&n specs

any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

54mm ones fit but don't get round ones - the carbs are too close together for them to all fit.

Ive seen the K&N but round 25 a piece + shipping I didnt want to spend 120 bucks on filters! lol itd be a pretty significant chunk in what i paid for hte bike haha

the reason I ask of the foam filters Is that they cost around 11-13+shipping size dependent

Those look like they have a good chance of working. If the return policy is good go for it. Personally I'd go with TJS and get the ru 1824 pods. Best deal around is on amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000E7H49E?ie=UTF8&force-full-site=1
