i like the rear end sight..
but not the fact you still see the exhaust next to the wheel... :monkeymoon:
lets see what price it goes to
-
same here the side veiw is ugly
-
IIRC, the owner of that bike used to post here... and a friend of his made a similar setup from another undertail equipped bike - like a R6.
-
thought i seen it before
-
I really don't like it at all
-
Yeah, I gotta say, there's not much about that I like. It looks un finished from the back and out of place from the side. I remember those guys. I'm not sure if this is one of them or not. That was back in the OLD board days.
-
I saw someone locally with a '400 like that. The $64000 that immediately came to my mind was: Won't that fry the black box?
Doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do on a '400...
-
LOL I never thought of that... but he is parting a heavy modified b400 that looks to be in good shape. Maybe the CDI couldn't take the heat.
-
what about HP?
is it rise or lose?
-

Unless you protect you black box with an effective thermal insulator, it's probably not a good idea to do that to your Bandit. Short of the thermal material used on the Space Shuttle's tiles ($), I wouldn't know what you could put in there that would be thin enough to fit and effective enough at thermally protecting the black box.
