Title: what i should look out for?

going to test ride a 92 bandit on friday! saw it has a few scatch on the front falks near the seals but apart from that i cant see anything wrong with it. the owner changed the speedo and revo back papar to somethine else and changed the head lamps to bug eye. it has around 20000km on it. no crash signs on the body work. what is there to look out for? i have a nsr 250 now but want something with a little 4T.

carbs idle, no leakes anywhere , good brakes and tires , no smoke from exhaust ect..
