You can get k&n filters frm any shop that sells k&n, by that i mean most!!!, but cheapest ive seen is cal sport on ebay who do one for £39.50 plus £4.30 p&p. Regarding yosh pipes you carnt get them anymore in the uk so second hand only and they are very loud!! I know Banditmania do a full race system £199, also ebay, put gsf 400 in the search, but if you want something very special mercuryraceexhausts.co.uk make one offs for the 400supersport racers, these are fully tapered and are the DOGS!!! but costa lota, i read that Jay was going to build some Ti pipes a while back (did you get any done Jay?)maybe he can help, the £-$ is pritty good right now, or if you know someone who can weld stainless JP exhausts at Macclesfield can supply all the separate parts to build your own,ive got an old Beetracing pipe and am going to get JP to bend new pipes when i got some spare wonga, but summers coming so throttle action is top of my list, keep it wide open!!!!

sounds like some good info, can't find the banditmania full race system

just need to get the basics and get it sorted
just dreaming of shims and carb jetts n' needles
any leads on engine cases and good frame sliders that'll fit ?

front tyre is in need of change in a few hundred miles, what's gonna be best ?

search here for frame sliders. there have been a couple of posts on what fits and on DIY solutions.

same on t(i|y)res. Some folks really like Pilot Powers. Some like metzeler/pirelli. Tires are very much a taste thing, there is no one right tire. Search for tires in just the bandit 400 forum for lots of discussion. (I need to do that too... time to ditch this gnarly old pieces of crap I'm draggin around).

Soz about the exhaust search, look under gsf400 no spaces, banditmania are under the title suzukispecialists on ebay its a fair bit of kit for £199. the tyre buz is defo pilots within the forums, ive never used them cuz i raced 250s and always used battleaxe 090s so got a feel for these, i just got a pilot race for the back so maybe ill be converted.
