Anyone know the specs on a 1st generation tach/spedo indicator light? My Suzuki dealer couldn't find it, and I don't see it on the on-line microfiche.
Thanks for your help.

Indicator light? The alumination lights for the guage dials are just the little push in peanut bulbs used all over the auto industry. common at walmart/auto stores. easy to r&r with tack/speedo on bike. :beers:

Your dealer's parts guy/gal must be a spaz!
They're on the 'microfiche' plain as day under the "speedometer" section. :duh:
Click here to see the speedometer/tachomter parts list (http://www.ronayers.com/fiche/300_0285/speedometer/speedometer.cfm)
But as has been said, they're common automotive bulbs.
Unless you have a 2G, which uses LED's for lighting... maybe your parts person was looking at a 2G list - that might explain why they couldn't find bulbs.

Oops, now I see it. I'll see what I can find at the local parts store...
Thanks for your help.
