Title: 155 RWHP Bandit Street Bike
Post by: Bob Holland on May 07, 2005, 07:02:22 PM
I just had my first ride on my 98 Bandit after I put the stock swingarm and stock gearing back on. 1st and 2nd gear, you have to ease into the throttle, third gear, you can open her up, but you have to be ready because the least little bump and the frount wheel comes up.
I havn't ridden on the street much in the last 4 or 5 years, so it will take some getting use to.

I have now ridden my Bandit to work 2 days this week, 30 miles each way, and I am really pleased with the gas mileage, I'm getting 35 mpg. I have the 1246, 13 to 1 JE piston kit with oversized valves and the cammotion G21 cams. I don't believe that it got more than 38 mpg stock.
I am still running a little rich, so I may go down some on the main jets.
