#4 washers in Canada?

Where in Canada is the most convenient place to find the #4 metric washers for shimmimg the needles,i went to the source they looked at me like i just landed!.
Crappy tire Rona and home hardware only go down to #6??.
Can anyone help?

Couldn't wait,bought the #6 at crappy tire,and filed them down.i helped,not sure if its the total cure yet,stock b600s with a scorpion street extreme slip on,just shimmed the needles and removed snorkel.
1 shime .022" on each carb
