Title: 98 Naked 1200 neutral light stays on

My Bandit's neutral light has decided to stay on when in gear. I have fitted a new neutral switch and it still stays on. But it will go out if it put it into gear when the side stand is down but then of course the bike cuts out.
Any ideas anyone???????? Please

I have the opposite issue, Neutral switch causing the light to not come on, and unable to idle with kickstand down.  Your issue may be a fault in the kickstand switch?  Where is the neutral switch?

Kickstand switch, unplug it and run a loop wire across the terms in the end that goes to the computer!! I Just went through the whole bad side stand switch!!  :duh:
