engine mounts question

I have 13000 km on my bike and purchased it new. I did all the mai9ntenance myself and until now I never tightened or checked the engine mount bolts. I would like to do it now, the only thing bothering me is that I don't know if the torque  specified in the Haynes manual is for dry bolts or bolts with loctite on them. The manual does not mention that anywhere. I am afraid if the torque mentioned is on dry bolts I would apply too much of it and strip the bolts or put too much pressure on them.

So are general torque figures (even for other  bolts) given as wet or dry bolts?

Interesting question.  I use loctite fairly often on the bikes and didn't realize there was a difference between dry & wet torque?

I am a bity lazy right now to google that but IIRC, I read somewhere the difference could be as high as 30%

In average the difference is 75% wet torque value of the dry value

In my experience, torque values are generally considered dry unless stated otherwise.

so when the manual states to check frame and engine mounts bolts,
do you remove them, put loctite and reinstall them? Or do you just try tightening them and see if they are loose?
