tried to put my holeshot mid pipe and can on yesterday and snapped the bolt off on the clamp at the collector

is that clamp weld to the pipe? maybe this is a good excuse to buy a new 4 into 1? what pipe makes the most power? sorry for all the dumb question just never had a Suzuki before and it's been 10 years since i bought a new pipe i would like to keep it under a grand

If you have the mid-pipe and can, you can just buy the Holeshot header. That would put you way under a Gand, and you would have one of the best full systems made for the Bandit.

IIRC, that clamp is welded to the collector. (My bike is @ home and I'm @ work.)

As mentioned, you can buy Holeshot's header to go with your new mid-pipe & can. OTOH, if you didn't really want to spend that much money, you should be able to get it fixed by a good muffler shop. They should be able to remove the existing clamp and attach a new one - or you could go with some kind of clamp that doesn't have to be welded on.

I don't know where you are at, but I have 3 stock headers cluttering my shop and you are welcome to one if you need it for the shipping cost. As far as the hp question, hindle seems to have an edge and akropovic has a good rep in that department too.
