right, i've decided to change my front sprocket for a tooth smaller. 14t. also my chain and rear spocket are still fine and dandy, will it be ok to just change the front on its owt or will i need to do the chain and rear at the same time?
also. where can a get a sprocket for my front from? every where i've looked just sells standard kits (england)
thanks

9.59 GBP 19 USD
Seems like pretty decent price.
Word of advice (actually two)
1. Putting a new sprocket on a worn chain will only wear out the new sprocket faster.
2. Before unbolting everything, leave the chain on the bike across both sprockets, place a board (2X4) between the spokes and the swingarm and using a socket, break the nut loose. Do NOT put it in gear and hope that will stop the sprocket from turning or you might be looking at bent shiftforks and a transmission rebuild.
You "should" see a washer behind the nut with one or two flat spots, folded over the nut. As I recall, that nut is somewhere around 32 mm
thanks.
if it does wear faster, it doesn't cost much in the first place. but least then, after doing that mod i'll know if thats what i want to do when i do the complete change.
