Title: EBC Pro-lite rotors for GSX-R?
Post by: ttewejnodnarb on January 09, 2006, 05:52:50 PM
I saw a pair of used EBC rotors on Ebay that look OK but before I get into a bidding war...does anyone know if they will fit a 98 B12?  All the info that is given is that they are EBC Pro-Lite rotors for a GSX-R rim.

Anyone have an idea?

 :thanks:

The carriers (blue part) of those look flat. Aren't the carriers on your '98 dished? If so, then the answer is, "No."

Go to <www.ronayers.com> and check the fiche for part numbers for the two different bikes.  You'll know the answer then.

I have a 2G Bandit 1200 and have EBC Pro-Lite rotors on mine, but they have an offset to the center hub that's substantial.

BTW the first set of EBC rotors were defective with thickness variations and hub machining inaccuracies.  EBC graciously replaced them AND sent along a new wet of pads too.

Maybe this is why they're for sale.
