Ok any recommendations? I have been fouling my spark plugs every 2500-3000 miles..like clock work ..put on a D and D can and it did not help. I actually carry a spare set of plugs around with me..cause when it lets go..they are done.
TPS dead.?. I tried to adjust it as per instructions on here ..and nothing seemed to happen.

Sounds like a fuel delivery problem... perhaps a stuck float. It would be helpful (I may have missed it) to know what year/generation/size bandit you're having issues with.
-
All four plugs or just one? Jay is probably right. Does the bike use any oil? That could also be the cause of this.

What do the fouled plugs look like? Are you using any oil? Any significant blow by/smoke out the exhaust or in the crankcase?
Charcoal/ashy, but sort of dry, in appearance would likely be too much fuel. Look at your float bowl heights, float needle valves, or even your air filter.
Cruddy possilby wet and/or Oily in appearance would likely be oil fouled, so valve seals or bad rings.
If you have a 2001 or early 2002 1200, they were/are know for bad rings. Search the site.

2003 gs1200 had the bike since 3500miles
plugs end up black but I do not burn oil ..not a drop .. my fuel mileage is around 35 -37 mpg ..which to me seems low.. I will see if i can post a picture of one

Are you sure that your crankcase oil level is not rising?
(If fuel leaks past the fuel tap and float needles into the crankcase, the oil will go out the breather and into your airbox where it will go into the motor and foul the plugs.)
At least, that happened to me twice before I figured it out.
Good luck,
