Title: g2 b12 for 1989 gsxr 1127 engine swap

i bought a complete 89 gsxr1100 engine w 11,000 miles over the weekend and was going to begin the swap myself tomorrow morning.
now im having second thoughts and wondering if i might just be better off just swapping the heads. that way i get the cams probably higher compression better valves and i dont have to deal with the multitude of other problems that are bound to occur. im self employed with a garage in the back but really dont have the time or inclination to go through this swap i dont have to.
110hp sounds pretty good 100 stock and another 10 from pipe jets pods and advancer should be where in at now. the gixxer engine should have a base hp of 135-140ish plus another 10 from the same pipes pods and jets. if i just pull the heads i can bore the cylinders and do the valves on the bandit head. had anyone ever done this before are all the plugs going to match. any insight at all lol. thanks alot,

ps my bikes running fine and only has 9500 on it to begin with

I've nevber swapped heads on a bandit engine, but personally I don't think taking the whole engine out to swap would take any longer than just swapping the heads. Just my 2cents, getting the cylinders and valves done wouldn't be necessary with a straight engine swap for instance, as well as I would for see less 'headaches' with a straight swap of engines especially if that 1100 engine came with some carbs . If the 11,000 and 9500 miles make them both fairly young engines in my book.
