What size or part number k&n Filter fits my 03 600. i wanna convert my air filter to pods. and do i need to re jet too?

You'll need to re-jet, but unless you're planning on more serious mods for the 600, you won't gain any power over a jet kit that retains the airbox.

IIRC, the 600 uses the same pods as the 1200 - K&N #RU-2922. You can go to the K&N site (http://www.knfilters.com/) and look up all the dimensional specs on the above p/n and double check. If that's not right, you should be able to find the right p/n using the dimensions you come up with compared to their charts.
