I don't have one on my B12, but I do have one on my C14.  If I were to put it on my B12, I'd probably use a RAM mount on the handlebar.  For 12v power, I wired a a terminal block straight off the battery.  This doesn't give switched power, so I have to be sure I don't leave anything on when I walk away from the bike.  Since I wouldn't leave my GPS unattended, and my other item is heated gear, it's not an issue for me.

I've got a clutch/ brake perch RAM mount on one bike, and the handle bar mount on another.  I prefer the clutch mount as it raises the GPS more into sight line, I'm going to change the bar mount, which is on the flat bar portion by clamps.  I've tried the long RAM arm and prefer the middle one, about 3 inches, the long one seems to move more, which I admit doesn't make much sense since both arms use the same mountings.
