Title: Holeshot S/O for 1200 ok to use with a 600?

I saw a used HOleshot slip-on from a 2001 1200cc bandit for sale.  Would this fit a 2001 600cc bandit without modding the exhaust?  Is the slip-on the same for both bikes?
