Title: Idle speed adjust

Is the knob that hangs down between the two center cards used for adjusting the idle speed?  Which direction is it turned to raise or lower engine speed?  Looking from below is clock-wise or counter clock-wise?

Or some other way?

That's where it is on a 1G B12.  Tighter (clockwise) is faster.
