Hey everyone!
I have an '05 650 Bandit. No one in North America carries cans for this Bandit and every manufacturer here says that they have no plans to create one. Does anyone know if I can get a slip on can that was made for a 600 Bandit and throw it on my 650? Thanks for your help.

I would be shocked if the B6 can does not fit.

I think when you say 650 it throws them off. The bike should externally be the same as the B6, Suz just did a little boring and stroking.

...and changing of the bodywork, but AFAIK, the frame is the same, or esentially so. A s/o with midpipe for a 600/1200 should fit, though I can't guarantee it.
Is there anyone near you with a B6 or B12 that might work with you to see if it'll fit your bike - just to be sure. It won't matter if it's a 1G or a 2G. If you use a earleir Bandit's OEM can, don't pay attention to the can hanger tab as aftermarket cans use a band clamp that can go pretty much anywhere on the can.

I have examined the new B-6's closely and I would also bet that a can from a SK2 600 would fit no problem. The frame looks to be identicle to the old.
Like Paul says, I would bet all the US suppliers have no idea as to what bike you are talking about. You may want to check with some of the European pipe makers as I would bet, someone there would be making a pipe for the new 650 & you could cross reference.

Thanks guys for your help.
The Canadian dealers don't seem to really know what's up. They all seem to think that the '05 650 is available in the U.S. so aftermarket stuff will be coming up from the U.S. I found that there are cans specifically for the 650 that's sold out of Germany and England, so I think I might order one from there. What a hassle.
I'd like to know the differences in the frames between the 600 and 650. I know that I was told the '04 600 engine guards from Suzuki will fit the 650, so I bought it but it wouldn't fit.
Thanks again you guys for your input. I'll let you know how things go with the can hunting.
