Title: mid pipe bolt hole locations/ is this a 1g or 2g?

I picked up a b12 mid pipe from someone here a while back with the intentions of using it and a b12 or RF900 can on my B6. I ended up buying a Supertrapp can with a mid pipe so I didn't use this mid pipe.  Another board member is looking for a mid pipe so I thought I would see if he could use this but I am not sure if this is a 1st or 2nd generation pipe. If the pipe was mounted on the bike and you were standing behind it, there would be 2 holes toward the top that are about level with each other and one hole at the bottom. In other words, the holes are at 10, 2 and 6 o'clock. Which generation b12 does this fit?
