I have seen where some ppl have put on much smaller then normal exhast cans. Some even looke cut down & closed either with a weld or rivet closed. Anyone have ideas of what this would do ?

I think it's more of a U.K. thing, something to be different.  Kind of like the tail of the bike kicked almost straight in the air.  It's a streetfighter thing.
