hey guys, just wrecked my b6 and have to do a whole lot to bring her back. my forks are distroyed and need replacing, any sugestions on replacement forks as well as full exhaust systems, other than those to major parts, all of my faring is cracked as well as my ego!
im alright on the other hand. just a brused shoulder. i was going 40 on a turn that quickly shortened up and as i tried to correct my self i ran over some dirt and my back wheel started to give.so i leaned in to the turn more and tried to correct my self, but then i realized i was going towards a rock wall :yikes: so i hit the rear break and laid her down and let go. i probly could have saved it but i thought it was safer to slide than to go head first into a bunch o' rocks. :annoy:

Sorry to hear about the Bike, but glad you're ok. I probably would have avoided the pile 'o rocks myself.

Ooch!!
Glad to hear you are OK. The bike can always be fixed.

glad to hear your ok! bikes can be fixed (mine has) but people can't so it's good to get lucky and not hurt too bad!
I have a set of 1200 fork legs cheap, not sure if that would help you out at all though. The USD fork swap off a GSXR also looks good, just did mine from a Hayabusa.

yea i've been toying with the idea of what to do. i have motorcycle salvage yard about 80miles from here which in reality isnt that far. and been thinking either a busa fork or a gsxr750 fork. and i also wanted to get a gsxr 750 rear shock too and also have been thinking about taking the whole rear of a 750 and doing a swap. but ive only been toying with the idea.
i also have a 92 600 ninja in the garage that i just was givin about two weeks ago, it had just been rebored so i kinda have to work on that one too. so, for the moment i will be bike-less until i finish one of my projects... maybe by the winter. :banghead:

My condolences. I flipped my 98 B1200 over a 99 cougar :annoy:. Broke his back axle. (Showed 'em good, I tell you what!)
Good luck getting it back together.
