Title: Shortening throttle travel on 02 GSF600...
Post by: stevendpclark on December 21, 2008, 06:36:22 PM
Hi!

I searched the board and was a little surprised I can't find anything on this topic. I'm coming from super sport bikes and while I really enjoy the Bandit I find that the throttle travel is way too wide for my taste. Does anyone know if its possible to modify the Bandit so that I don't have to regrip the throttle on the Bandit to go from dead to full on? Any kits or part swapping instructions would be greatly appreciated!

Sweet thanks guys :thumb: Sorry for the delay Christmas vacations and all... I think I'll try the R6 mod mentioned in the first reply since I am already planning on placing an order at ronayers.
