i want to mount a VFR single sided swingarm on my Gen 1 1200 Bandit.
Anyone do this before?
I have seen a couple on some Brit Show bikes  but aren't sure hour practical they are.
Looks sharp though.
I have seen the Spondon ones and they are pricey.
One site has one for the hayabusa for a cool $6500!!!!
Any way I didn't have much luck in the archives here.

Click here and check out this thread. One guy tried it without much sucess... never did hear if he got it sorted. Doesn't look like a mod for the faint of heart.

I read Streetfighers magazine as much as possible.  It seems that the most popular single sided swingarm and wheel to use is triumph.

The only time i read it done was a shop that rigged a VFR SSS but they had the computer equip to perfectly place the SSS so that the suspension geometry and all that wasnt affected negatively. If SSS werent several thousand dollars id definitely do it, it looks dead sexy
Someday we'll look back on all this and plow into a parked car.
