Need to change the plugs on the 98 bandit 600 I just picked up. Can anyone with a manual tell me what the stock gap is? I'm planning on putting in cr9ek's.

My Hanes manual says 0.6 to 0.7mm for the 600. If my math is right that is .023 to .027 hundredths. :motorsmile:

Much appreciated.

0.6mm = 0.02362198 in
0.7mm = 0.02755897 in
So, if you're using feeler gauges, I'd go with 0.024 - 0.028

Thanks Paul. I defer to the master tech.

Let it be known I am NOT beyond using the nearly infinite resources available on the web. :tongue:
I learned a long time ago it's not what you know, it's knowing where to find it. :motorsmile: :beers:
