I just put a new speedo cable on and the speedometer reads about 23% higher than my GPS. At 65 MPH (GPS) the speedo reads 80, at 40 the speedo reads 50 and so on. Is there any adjustment I can make to correct this?
Thanks

Do you have the stock size tire on the front? Running a different size will affect the speedo's accuracy, but they're typically optimistic, just not quite THAT much. More like 5-10%.

The front is stock - 110/70-17, the rear is not - 160/60-17(stock is 150/70 -17). Are those stock numbers right?

The OE size is a 110/60-ZR17 for the front and 150/60-ZR17 for the rear on the 600.

Thanks. What I don't understand is, if my current front tire is larger than stock, shouldn't that make my speedometer read slower than I'm actually going?

That's what I was thinking, too... but didn't mention it - in case my mind was working backwards.
