Figure I need the entire basket...unless someone has another idea.
-
no mate you just need the gear on the back it splits from the basket
-
Reaper, could you show me which gear it is on the fische then?
It looks to me that the smaller gear is part of #1. I can't find a seperate part number for it.

-
Apparently it is part of the gen drive gear. Two gears in one with the price to prove it. :duh:
-
that must be it then ask on maximum suzuki one of the lads on there may have one you never no worth a try
-
You need to check the mating gear on the oil pump, it could be damaged, also, you need to find those teeth. Try a magnet, but if all else fails, pull the oil pan.
I have 2 or 3 of those gears from GSXR 1100s, I can send you one, and the gear for the oil pump, PM me you address if your want them.
:beers:

hey BHolland thats very good of ya mate nice one  StangMATA so your sorted now

i have the same problem as stangMata, any chance you still have an extra set of gears laying around? I also need the mating gear going to the oil pump. Any help would be appriciated!
Ashamed to admit it, but I must not have had the basket it properly before torquign down the clutch nut.

I have one for a 1989 GSXR 1100, according to Suzuki, the part numbers are different between the Bandit and GSXR.
Your welcome to it, if it will work.
