saw one on line this afternoon :yikes: wondering if anyone knows of a direct bold on inverted fork set up? :thanks:

IIRC, the TL fork is shorter than the B12 piece, so isn't usually a recommended swap.
The 250/400 FAQ has a thread that covers the best candidates - and this applies to the 600/1200, too since they're the same length.

Shorter is fine. The '02 GSX-R ones I have fitted are ~50mm shorter than the Bandit ones and I cannot rate them highly enough. The bike no longer pushes wide on hard cornering, you just pick a line and it is rock-steady all the way. No clearance issues either.
TLs and Busa's are another option. Both are a bit longer than the GSX-R's and you can also use the Bandit's brakes as they all (busa, tl and bandit) use the same set-up.
