Hey guys, i have been riding the heck out of my B600 (1998) and plan on riding it though the winter... however before the snow starts to fall i would really like to do a tune up... is there a how to on here anywhere? looking more for a how to on valve adjustments... i have looked all over the place and can not find it
i plan on:
changing fork oil (15W)
oil change (3.5qt of 10w40 semi senthetic)
adjust the valves
tire pressure
clean and lube chain
clean air filter
am i missing anything?

I don't have the specifics or any how-to's, but you might want to add these onto your list :
-spark plug change
-synchronize throttle bodies
I'll tell you that the best time to lube the chain is after a ride while its still warm. Get it up on the center stand and manually rotate the wheel while you spray on a product like PJ1 Blue Label (what I use). Have you tightened the chain recently? Would be good to add to your list. Not hard once you do it once.

Download a copy of a service manual from the downloads section of this site, that ought to cover everything you are looking at doing, as well as the items added by Chris.
