just wondered if any of you knew that the gsx650 k8 seat is a direct replacement for the 1250 seat its a little lower and one piece and alot comfier over here in uk bike breakers are cottoning on that they fit the 1250 and prices are now going up was about £60 now upto £80

I am pretty sure they do. I thought there was someone here that has made that swap, or the other way around (a 1250 Bandit seat to the GSX650). Since no one has responded with a certain answer yet, I would suggest visiting one of those breakers with your bike and trying the swap out.

The board is a little slow in the northern hemisphere's winter...

They are interchangeable.
