Title: Handle Bar Lower Clamp Bolt Size ?

What size are them bolts?  Too lazy to disassemble and check myself.  Hoping someone already know.  Parts fiche diagram shows but does not list the bolt ("item #10") so I don't even have a part number.

Not the 4 at the top holding the handle bars.  The 2 that holds each of the lower bar clamps to the upper triple fork clamps.  Want to make a set of risers with some aluminum round stocks.  Cut to length, drill hole, sand down edges, done.
