'Rally' patch?

The company that did our patches this year were really reasonable, and I'd like to order some with them again.

  Any ideas on patches?  Would you be happy with a copy of whatever sticker I decide on as a patch, or would something differnt be cool?

This years patch was 2.5 inch round.   How'd did you like that?
Whatever patch we order this year,  will end up on some hats, also.
IF we want a ROUND sticker, the max size is 3 inches in diameter to fit on the hats.

 Other shapes?
 I thought of doing a 'Bandit' shaped patch, but may save that for a 'BanditAlley.com' patch.

Any shape other than a 'stock' shape will bump  the price up quite a bit.
 I could sell the the 2.5 round patch for $2...the 3 inch would be pretty close.
  BIGGER patches....(Square, rectangle, etc) would be higher.
  Again, the costs are best when ordering 100 or more.

Any graphic artists want to give it a shot?    Parameters are 9 colors or less.....and preferably 3 inches in diameter.
It doesn't have to be round, square or rectangular is cool.  No more than 3 inches high, so it can fit on a cap......
