That's cheap.  I think a few guys on my DR board had some minor problems with them.  They did move recently, and screwed some orders up.

I'd verify  they have them in stock, before ordering.  (Phone!)
I'll check and see what the details about the problems were......

I thought there was a second person who had a problem, and ended up ordering tires from another vendor.  Can't find the thread, now.
If you aren't in a hurry, it may be worth trying them.

You can also take the best price you can find to Dennis Kirk and they will beat it by $1/tire. That's what I do. I've always had great service from DK.

Chaparral also has good tire prices. I also found a few package deals on the web a few months ago when buying for my TL1000S. I saw several Dunlop 208 or Michelin pilot packages in 120/70x17 and 180/55x17 for Around $225 incl shipping. The 208's were excellent on my TL, and I hear the Pilot's are even better.
These are premium performance tires, you should get 3,000 mi out of the rear for the Dunlop and maybe 2500 mi for the Michelin on a B12 without burnouts.
I will be shucking the stock michelin's in short order on my new B12 with one of these. good Luck, Ed.

Chaparral is who I use for DK to price beat. The last couple of times I contacted Chaparral, they didn't have what I wanted in stock, but DK did.

I used to know a guy that ran a tire store, he said that there is a hell of a mark up on car tires. He used to sell me top line Michelins for next to nothing.  I guess it also applies to motorcycle tires. DK sells those tires for $329.98. SW Moto for $212.90 that’s a difference of  $117.08. Plus they take off another dollar each.
Anyway I really appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks,

Larry

Here's to Dennis Kirk! :beers:   I ordered a front tire yesterday afternoon, and it's sitting on my doorstep as of lunch today.  Free shipping on a Bridgestone BT-020 for $112.  I suppose I could have tried to get them to pricematch somewhere...next time.
