1gen headlight mod ideas

Glad you guys also like the headlight modification...
I have the double headlight now for 2 years.  (from motorrad Bach)
Looks nice, works great!

However, please note that is uses two 35/40Watt bulbs, not the 55/60Watt.

It gives me plenty of light an night, but caused some "replacement hassle" when I needed a new bulb. The local car and bike shops do not have them.
And since the housing is completely plastic, I do not think a 55W works well, at least not for a reasonable amount of time...

So Mario,        where did you end up finding one ?    I've got the same setup (from Wild Hair) and I haven't had to replace a bulb yet,  but it might be a good idea to have a couple of spares,  just to ensure that I never need to replace one ..........   Oh,  here's  a pic of mine...... To be honest,...I ordered via Louis.de, a(the biggest?) german mail-order company for motorcycle related stuff.

Since the unit came from Germany , I thought they may have some bulbs for it over there . And I was right.  It took them just over a week to get the 3 (better be safe than sorry..) bulbs in my mailbox.
