200 and 6,25 rear wheel.............HELP!!!

Hi,
I installed a 200 Pirelli on 6,25 rear wheel in my Bandit 1200.
I have a problem now, The chain rubs in the tire.
I need help, please.

I take it you have mod'ed the rear wheel? 180 would be the max with out rubbing, how close to the swinging arm is the rear sprocket? you may have to space this out to get the clearance for the chain! what space do you have on the other side could the wheel be move over by moding the spacer/brake hanger?

I don´t understand you, my english is some poor, sorry.
I need more space betweenthe wheel and the chain.
Has nobody done this modification in his Bandit 1200?
With the brake arm I have problem too, but I don´t worry, I will make one.
Help please.

No, I don't think anyone has gone to a 200 wide rear tire with the stock swingarm - only 190. Even with an aftermarket swingarm, both sprockets would have to be moved outward and this may be a little difficult for the front one.

Hi again,
I have the stock swingarm, and the tire and wheel had installed with out problem, I don´t need other swingarm.
The problem is the chain.
As well you say, the problem they are the sprockets, overcoat the forward, that besides, it cheats separates very much, the chain touches with the chassis.

you need to get a 5/8 inch offset counter shaft sprocket.Usually sold as an outter bearing support. The wheel you purchased is allready set up to clear the chain but if the chain hits the chassis you might have to machine some off the sprocket mount don't take too much off though or you will have the tire rubbing the chain again
