Honestly, if I just had a bit more room for a TV, stereo and a beer fridge, I'd be set....

By the way, here is a picture of my "Shop" I work in.  Pretty nice, eh?  Lots of room to work.

When I had a 1-car garage, it used to look like that, so my next place had a 2-car garage. Didn't take long for it to look like that either. Next place had a 2-car garage with the back wall kicked out and extended to make it two cars deep on one half and ~1/2 car's worth of workbench space (so it was a 3.5 car garage, but looked like a 2-car from the street). Before you know it, cluttered. Now I have a 30x36 shop with a 12x30 second floor storage. Yup, you guessed it, you can barely walk thru the place.

I need to go on a cylinder reduction plan... but I don't want to.

I don't have a TV out there... but then I'm happy with the stereo.

I just go in the house and watch them on the big screen. The DVR will let me watch them whenever I want, so if it's a nice Sunday, I can go riding and watch 'em when I get home.

Damn!  I have no big screen or DVR either...  I feel shame.

Honestly, if i miss the race its no problem.  The motogp.com site (if you subscribe) has awesome full race videos.  They have the one you see on speedtv, but this year, I noticed they have really nice full length bike camera views on many of the race bikes.  I like those because they turn them on well before the race, so you get a "behind the scenes" look at the race.

Been a few months but I thought I would post a trackday pic.

Since that pic, I've added steal braided brake lines.  Man, those Galfers are nice!

That's a nice setup, I like the bars and riding position. My Honda helibars are not quite that low but have to work with my factory S bodywork.

I have found that now I sit too high on the stock seat, I would be interested in your imput regarding your seat height with the clip-ons.

My seat is being cut down and recovered by Tobin Seats, and should be 2-2.5inches lower than stock when done. That should give me the "sitting in" and not "sitting on" feeling I am looking for.

Anyway, very nice job.

I'm running 'Coerce' aftermarket Carbon which includes a cutdown seat.  Good weight saving and the seat is lower by about 2 inches.
Will post photos when i can borrow my boys camera.....Gaz.

6'8"  and  300 lbs  !!!!!!!   man you're a big dude !      thought the bandit looked looked tiny !!   Gaz.

Honestly, being 6'8" and 295lbs, I am probably not the best person to ask about egros.  But I did cut BACK the stock seat as this gave me a farther reach from the bars.  With new rear sets on the way, I don't want to sit any lower (38 inch inseam).

ps.  not sure why that quote feature isnt' working...

It's a known anomoly. The 'quote a post' feature has gone haywire but the plain quote feature, like I used above, works fine.

If you use the 'quote a post' feature and want it to work, you need to go in and edit it a little. The way I've been doing it is you take the first tag:

Quote from: 2005B12S

and edit it to look like this:

Quote
[ b]2005B12S: [/b]
(but without the space between [ & b)

Then it'll make a quote that looks like this:

Quote
2005B12S: Sample post

Some folks don't want to go to that much trouble and edit it to look like this instead:

Quote
="2005B12S"

That gives you a quote that looks like this:

Quote
="2005B12S"Sample post

Still lets you know who said it, but runs the userid into their statement unless you add a space between the last " and first character of their post.

Thanks Paul.

But what if I want to quote a quote from your quote showing how to use a quote, while  ensuring it stays bold and italic?  :stickpoke:

You just have to throw some spaces in there or things get all screwed up and you say screw it and delete your post.
