Can anyone tell what rear rack combo this is?

Looks like maybe it's the SW Motech alu rack with the Givi conversion plate?  To me it looks better than the proprietary Givi rack - seems to sit a few inches lower.  I think that may be the way I'll go.



Sorry about the quality but it was very small and I had to blow it up a bit.
