Anyone using a Laminar Lip on the Bandit for added protection and less buffeting?  Let me know......

Laminar Lip - Touring model

I have one on my 2005 1200s and it ROCKS. I have no idea how it compares to the Zero Gravity - but at least you can take it off if you don't want it on. I'd love to know which is better. The Touring Lip is considerably different from the old original one.

The "other" web site ( maxium suzuki) has a fresh post on a lip that a member just installed on his 2nd gen B12.

He likes it.

My wife has one on her 2002 600 that we bought from a much taller rider.  It serves no purpose for her, other than as a distraction (at 5'6" she looks right into it).

It will be for sale on eBay at some point.

Yes - but which one?

From what you say I'd guess that you mean the regular lip. I am talking specifically about the TOURING LIP. I'll be getting the ZG one too - so I can compare - it's a small price to pay for comfort and I'd rather have whichever is better.

I HAVE THE ZERO GRAVITY DOUBLE BUBBLE ON MY 2001 B12, AND I AM LOOKING FOR A "SHORTER" WINDSCREEN.

I LIKE THE FEEL OF THE WIND, BUT I ALSO LIKE THE LOOK OF THE FAIRING, SO I AM LOOKING FOR A SHORT, ALMOST EVEN WITH THE FAIRING, WINDSCREEN.  HAS ANYONE SEEN ONE?

THANKS........

What about a Zero Gravity SR (stock replacement). I believe they come without the rolled edge of the OEM one, come in various tints and could be trimmed shorter without much trouble.

For that matter, you should be able to trim the DB if you're sure you don't want to go back.

Here is what the Zero Gravity SR screen looks like.

This is the Dark Smoke Version.
