The ignition switch in the pics is the Bandit one. I didnt need to swap it out. Not a perfect fit but still looks good.
I havent finished sorting the lock stops yet. I think im just gonna put some thick adhesive rubber on the frame where the forks would hit. I cut off the OEM bandit stop as obviously its too short.
For the sterring head i had to make a small spacer to fill the gap. I'll try to dig up the exact measurments, but it wasnt much. I have a friend with a machine shop and he whipped one up for me. Has worked like a charm!
Im swapping the bandit gauges out for a nice analog tach/digital speedo from XPOstreetfighter.com. I ousted all the bandit-looking parts so people will wonder wth my bike is
I had the Busa fender on there but it was too big. Currently my fender is one i found from an '02 GSXR1000.

what did you pack the stem out with on the top yolk ???
do you have digital speedo now acewel/vapor ???
and what front muddy have you used ???
lock stops how did you sort that out ???
